Rena has been a valued member of the Fraser Valley Animal Hospital team since 2013. Beginning her career with us as Lead Receptionist, she has grown into her current role as Practice Manager, where she plays an integral part in the daily operations and continued success of the hospital.
With formal training in Veterinary Practice Management, Rena brings a strong foundation in clinic operations, team leadership, financial management, and client communication. Her education, combined with years of hands-on experience, allows her to effectively support staff, streamline systems, and ensure a high standard of care for both patients and their families.
Rena is known for her approachable nature, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to creating a positive experience for clients and team members alike. She is always willing to lend a hand, answer questions, and find solutions, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment within the hospital.
Outside of work, Rena enjoys spending time outdoors biking, gardening, swimming, and camping whenever she can.
