Dr. Mira Alardah, BVMS, MSc, is a dedicated veterinarian committed to providing exceptional care to the pets of Fraser Valley. Dr. Mira’s journey in veterinary medicine began at Jordan University of Science and Technology, where she earned her Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. After completing her undergraduate degree, Dr. Mira pursued her master’s degree.

During her studies, she also gained valuable hands-on experience working at various small animal practices in her hometown of Amman, Jordan. Mira also remained actively engaged in her community, advocating for pet health and animal welfare through speaking engagements and television interviews.

In 2019, Dr. Mira embarked on a new chapter in her career by immigrating to Canada. She has passed the Basic Sciences and Clinical Skills Examination, the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination, the Presurgical Assessment and the CVBC by-law exam earning her a provisional supervised license. Next, she takes the final clinical examination to become fully licenced in Canada.

Mira is a Thalassophile (derived from the Greek words “thalassa,” meaning sea, and “phile,” meaning lover!) Whenever it is sunny, you will find her on a beach with Samira.

Outside of the clinic, you may find her spending time with new friends, exploring beautiful British Columbia, tending to her many plants, and working on her yoga poses.
