What to Expect

As you enter our practice you will first notice that we have created a bright home like atmosphere in our reception area.   As new client of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs and we will never rush you out!  When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available.  Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays.  For this reason we do have comfortable couches and free WiFi available.  We know your time is valuable so if we know we are running behind we make every effort to contact you to reschedule your appointment so you do not have to wait.

One of our friendly highly trained team members will take a short history, and gather some data for the doctor.  A veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary.  If your pet is requiring further diagnostic tests some may be able to be completed immediately while others may need to rescheduled for a diagnostic appointment at a later time.   Depending upon the nature of your visit, a Technician may spend some additional time with you going over estimates, treatments, demonstrating home care techniques, answering further questions or providing any additional information you may need before you depart.   Our receptionist will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.  We always encourage you to call with any additional questions you may have after you leave.  We understand that your visit with us can be information-rich and we want to ensure that you leave having had all of your questions addressed.
